Deposit: $100 As human beings and as spiritual directors we are potential vessels for the evolutionary transformation our world clearly needs. This retreat will engage us in contemplative practice and offers a future-oriented vision of promise for us and those we companion, a new Christ-centered paradigm for the 21st century. In addition, we will experience the processes Liz has used with four on-going Integral Consciousness Circles suggesting that this may be an intentional way we as spiritual directors can contribute to the healing and transformation of our world.
WAKE UP TO THE JOY OF LIVING: A DE MELLO RETREAT

Through stories like this, discussion, awareness exercises, talks and laughter, you will experience the joy that comes from living simply in the moment which, after all, is the presence of God. This is a conference in the spirit of Anthony deMello, S.J. a renowned spiritual master of Christian mysticism.
INDIVIDUATION: JOURNEY INTO COMPASSION

Deposit: $100 The journey to the True Self is one of suffering, dying to an old self, the birth of compassion and rebirth. This retreat will guide us into the process of insinuation and confrontation with the shadow which brings us into Truth. The days will integrate input from a Jungian and Christian Mystical tradition for prayer, reflection and silence.

GROUNDED SPIRITUALITY in the 21st CENTURY

Deposit: $100 God calls out to us as never before; in the depths of our own hearts, in the suffering of people who are poor, in victims of injustice and in the plight of Earth. We long for any integrated, holistic, planetary and personal peace. In this retreat we will open our hearts to the transformative energy set loose in the world by the resurrection of The Christ. We will explore ways of "holding" the contemporary challenges of civilization in this energy so as to make more available the Love that seeks to quicken the fullness of life. This retreat will include periods of input, communal sitting, outdoor meditation, mindfulness exercises, walking meditation and other creative activities.

AN OCEAN OF SPIRIT

Let the ocean enliven and awaken you. This experience of input, personal reflection, sharing and ritual opens participants to moments of deepening awareness of self and spirit. This sense of self is one that mirrors the expansiveness of the ocean as "me" becomes and experience of "we" - of our place, our connectedness and our responsibility within the community of life.
FINDING GOD IN EVERYDAY LIFE: A Guided Retreat
July 23 - 27, 2012 Fee: $395
Deposit: $100 Our tradition teaches that God's Spirit dwells in all things. Come to reflect on ways to "notice" God's presence in the events of our lives as well as in the beauty of Earth. Each morning we hear a presentation on some aspect of our lives. Questions for personal reflection will be given, and the day will conclude with evening prayer. This retreat is meant for those who don't want a lot of input, but would enjoy a brief prayer starter. Liturgy is available. There will be conversation at meals.

THE BLESSING WAY: A PREACHED RETREAT

Deposit: $100 In this retreat, through presentations, reflection and ritual, we will attend to the call of Jesus to experience God's gift of Shalom and to be a presence of peace in the world. The Beatitudes in Matthew and Luke and the examples of the lives of prophets and poets of peace will invite us to continue on Jesus' way of blessing. This is a silent retreat.
